Arrival

We ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your first appointment in order to register and complete the consultation form.

Please be aware that if you arrive late for appointments, the time of your treatment may have to be shortened in consideration of the next client.

Health Conditions

Please advise us of any health conditions & any medication you are taking as these can effect certain treatments.

Please always advise us if you are pregnant as some treatments cannot be done or may have to be changed and this saves both our time and yours.

Cancellations

A full charge will incur for same day cancellations or no shows.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers can be purchased for an amount or a selected treatment and postage is free if you are making a purchase by telephone

Treatment Courses

Pay for any of the same 5 treatments in advance and get a 6th absolutely FREE. Please ask reception for details.

Loyalty Club

Please ask our reception about joining our loyalty club. As a loyalty club member you will earn points that are redeemable against treatments and products.
